Where are you located?I offer telehealth services through out the state of California. Telehealth can provide you with the opportunity to work with any therapist of your choosing, flexibility and scheduling convenience. Services are secure, I use a platform that is HIPAA compliant.

How long does therapy last?Every person or couple is different. Depending on your individual or couple needs therapy may last up to 12 weeks. However, most clients I work with enjoy making progress and continue to set treatment goals for themselves. Some people invest in treatment for 6 months to a year. It all depends on the challenges you are experiencing, the level of exploration you want to participate in, and your dedication to change. With that being said, most of my clients notice benefits within the first 6 weeks.

How often will we meet?At the beginning of therapy, I like to meet with clients weekly to build a therapeutic alliance. Building a therapeutic relationship will help me understand you, get to know you and your world to be of better support. Continuing weekly therapy will help with accountability, progress continuity, and skill development. When your healing begins to feel complete, we may reduce your frequency to support you with ending treatment while maintaining your therapeutic gains.

What clients do you work with?I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and curious to create change. They are open to exploring their internal worlds, experiment with somatic interventions to explore how their symptoms are not just physical, but also intertwined with their thoughts, to facilitate a better understanding and processing of their emotions. I support people who have experienced depression, anxiety, loss, perinatal mental health, relationship issues, and women's issues.

What is your fee?The individual therapy rate is $180 for 50 minutes. The couple's therapy rate is $250 for 60 minutes. For some the fee may be high; however, consider the reasons that you are seeking mental health support and the impact it will have in your life. Improving your mental health may also improve your physical well-being, the quality of your relationship(s), and other benefits with yourself or your partner. Consider this an investment in yourself.

What will therapy look like?During the first four weeks, I take time building the relationship. I will get to know you. After that, our sessions will look like exploring younger parts, stressors, and/ or sensations to help you develop self-awareness to increase your opportunity to make conscious decisions. After treatment, you will practice a skill or an assignment to help you reach your therapeutic goals. To make progress, you will need to put your skills into practice as therapy is only 50 minutes of your week.
