During the first four weeks, we take time building the relationship. I will get to know you. After that, our sessions will look like exploring younger parts, stressors, and/ or sensations to help you develop self-awareness to increase your opportunity to make conscious decisions.
After our sessions, you will practice a skill or an assignment to help you reach your therapeutic goals. To make progress, you will need to put your skills into practice as therapy is only 50 minutes of your week.

Flourishing Insight Therapy offers telehealth services throughout the state of California. All sessions are conducted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions are available in La Habra, CA.
Reiki sessions are offered both in person and remotely, regardless of your location. Biodecoding is part of my holistic coaching practice and is available to clients anywhere.

Every individual is different. Depending on your personal needs, therapy may last up to 12 weeks. However, many of my clients enjoy the progress they make and choose to continue setting new treatment goals. Some people invest in therapy for 6 months to a year.
The length of treatment depends on the challenges you’re facing, the depth of exploration you’d like to engage in, and your dedication to creating change. That said, most clients begin noticing benefits within the first 6 weeks.

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and curious about creating change. They are open to exploring their internal world and experimenting with somatic interventions to understand how their symptoms are not only physical but also connected to their thoughts and emotions. This mind–body exploration supports deeper processing and healing.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, perinatal mental health challenges, relationship issues, and women’s issues.

At the beginning of therapy, we will meet weekly to build a therapeutic alliance. Building a therapeutic relationship will help me understand you, get to know you and your world to be of better support. Continuing weekly therapy will help with accountability, progress continuity, and skill development. When your healing begins to feel complete, we may reduce your frequency to support you with ending treatment while maintaining your therapeutic gains.

Currently, I am not paneled with Optum Behavioral Health. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Please note that therapy is the only service eligible for insurance reimbursement. Reiki and Biodecoding are self-pay services only.
