Nervous system regulation isn't a quick fix; it's a practice. I utilize a membership model to ensure you have a dedicated, consistent space to process and restore. Memberships offer the best values because they allow us to use any of my tools-therapy, sound or Reiki at a preferred rate to meet your needs in the moment.
Private Pay:
One Time:

Memberships:

Weekly Rhythm (4 Sessions/ mo): $700 monthly ($175/session).

Integration Rhythm (3 sessions/mo): $555 ($185/session).
Holistic Maintenance:
Sound or Reiki only

Biweekly Maintenance (2 Sessions/ mo) $350 (175/session).
Payment:
You may pay the full month upfront or in weekly installments. To maintain the discounted rate sessions must be used within the month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.
Policies
Note on Insurance:
Memberships are designed as an integrated, holistic experience that includes therapy, sound, and Reiki. Because insurance companies only reimburse for standard talk therapy on a per session basis, membership rates cannot be submitted for insurance reimbursement.
If you would like to use your Out-of-network benefits, the standard rate applies ($200). I can provide a Superbill for these sessions to help you seek reimbursement from your provider.

Cancellation:
Since the reservation of an appointment is made especially for you, a 48 hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the full session rate will be charged or a session deducted from your monthly membership.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the law health care providers, including psychotherapist, need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using their insurance, a document with a written estimate of the expected charges for services when such an estimate is requested by the patient. This is called a “Good Faith Estimate.”
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare service, including psychotherapy services. You can ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, you may visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
