Sound Baths In La Habra, CA
What is a sound bath?
For the first-gen daughter, the mother and the woman who carries it all, this is your invitation to put the weight down. In our sound bath sessions, you aren't the fixer, the translator, or the caregiver.
Using instruments such as the drum, crystal singing bowls, gongs, or chimes, I create a space to help reduce the noise from daily obligations. Whether you join a group or prefer a private one on one session, your role is to receive. The purpose of the sound bath is to help with stress management. In session you will be asked to lie down, blankets and yoga mats will be offered.

The frequencies from singing bowls help shift your mind from survival mode into alpha-theta state. A level of recovery deeper than sleep. People's responses to sound baths are different. They may range from noticing a restful level of alertness. Others may fall asleep.

Signs you are in need of a sound bath in La Habra, Ca
You can't seem to turn off. Even when you try to rest, your mind is racing with what if, to-do lists, or anticipating everyone else's needs.
Disconnected from your body. You spend so much time in your head managing life that you feel checked out from your self.
You hold stress in your body, experiencing tight shoulders, shallow breathing, chronic aches or a gut that never feels at ease.
Mental fatigue and brain fog. You feel emotionally drained and overstimulated, secretly wondering how long you can keep running on empty.
Benefits of Sound Healing
Just as stress accumulates over time, so does rest. While a single session may provide immediate relief, the benefits of sound healing are cumulative.

Healing isn't always an overnight change, it's a journey returning home to yourself. The more you expose your nervous system to these frequencies, regular sessions allow for deeper brainwave entrainment and more sustainable shifts.

Whether you feel a deep shift today or a subtle one tomorrow, trust that your body is receiving exactly what it needs.
